Marketing Manager

SUMMARY: As a Marketing Manager, you will utilize your knowledge of marketing to develop, execute and manage marketing initiatives for the entire TPG organization. You will be responsible for enhancing the company’s market presence and visibility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall accountability for establishing and managing TPG’s digital marketing program, including:
    • Digital communications strategy (email marketing, social media, and marketing blog)
    • Content marketing strategy
    • Webinar series management
  • Development and curation of TPG website content, including owning the annual content calendar
  • Design and development of digital marketing and print materials such as one sheets, brochures, or other similar customer-facing brand documents
  • Tradeshow support and calendar management for TPG shows, and support of VFO corporate shows
  • Coordination with external design marketing professionals in furtherance of the above activities
  • Establishing and tracking Key Performance Indicators around marketing success, including net new lead generation or similar metrics

Sr. Manager Financial Planning and Analysis

SUMMARY: Our company is the world’s leading assistive technology provider for the visually impaired and we have a long history of developing and providing innovative solutions helping individuals reach their full potential. The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) leads the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes and provides variance analysis, special projects, and various ad hoc reporting to help guide company performance. Provides financial consulting and strategic support to executive management and private equity investors including the preparation of board presentations, monthly financial reporting packages, quarterly compliance certificates, and acquisition analysis support. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and fact-based decision making.  The ideal candidate is one who collaborates well across multiple functions, explores and embraces opportunities for doing things in new ways and initiates, and/or supports, improvements in work processes to increase efficiency.

Senior Front End/UI Engineer

Summary: We are looking for a talented .NET MVC front end/UI developer to join our team of highly qualified software engineers. You will be responsible for expanding existing web based user interfaces and creating new administrative interfaces from scratch. Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain a world-class software as a service platform for enterprise accessibility compliance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Participate in requirements analysis for all client-facing and administrative user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce UX designs and wireframes for actionable insights from complex data sets
  • Develop clean, scalable, high-performance cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions for desktop and mobile sites using responsive and adaptive technologies

Senior Microsoft SQL Developer

Needed immediately in St. Petersburg, FL. 

Summary: We are looking for a talented Microsoft SQL Server database developer to join our team of highly qualified software engineers. We are building a modern, fully distributed, software as a service platform using the .NET framework which relies on a large-scale data repository built upon Microsoft SQL Server. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and promotion of database objects to support the platform. In this role, you will be responsible for modeling and developing high-performance, scalable, database solutions using diagrams, tables, stored procedures, triggers, views and other Microsoft SQL Server facilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop data models using self-documenting diagram tools to ensure that the data objects provided are completely and accurately represented
  • Write and modify complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views and triggers in addition to the development of other T-SQL database objects to support overall platform objectives
  • Perform ad-hoc data queries in response to critical business needs
  • Optimize existing database objects and SQL queries for peak performance
  • Design, develop, manage, and support job processes to ensure service levels of the platform are met
  • Perform regular monitoring, analysis and tuning of databases to achieve optimum performance

Summary: As an Accessibility Engineer, you will help ensure accessibility of technology for people with disabilities and older users, with an emphasis on accessibility of Web technologies and guidelines, mobile accessibility, and native applications.
